GMTG: Seal of Excellence

GMTG: Graded Magic Cards has partnered with only the elite Magic: The Gathering dealers around the world.  Each dealer has been certified by GMTG, and has been awarded the GMTG: Seal of Excellence.  To receive the GMTG: Seal of Excellence, a dealer candidate must have the following criteria approved by Daniel Chang, President and CEO of GMTG:

GMTG: Graded Magic Cards Seal of Excellence represents the standard for ensuring collectors, players of Magic: The Gathering the highest quality of products, service & advertising/marketing in the industry.

• Dealer must be an Annual MTG Stores' Platinum Member in good account standing
• Dealer must have an online business website, other than eBay or MTG Stores'
• Dealer must offer a money back guarantee for products sold on MTG Stores or their website
• Dealer must pass an entire quality assurance test in the areas: 1) Customer Service, 2) Authentication and Grading and 3) Marketing and Advertising

Once a dealer has been approved for the seal, it is awarded on an annual basis.  An annual business reviewed is required with the dealer's owner to maintain the seal's integrity.
